Hours and Policies

 

Policies

  • We prefer to book at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations or schedule change requests within 48 hours of the appointment start time must be done by phone.
  • You will be charged 50% of the session if you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment.
  • You will be charged the full session if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
  • Please arrive or be ready for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the appointment time.
  • If you are late for an appointment, your scheduled appointment may be cut short or you may be charged for the additional time if schedule allows. Appoints start and end at scheduled times in order to accommodate for other clients scheduled sessions.
  • If you do not show for your appointment you will be charged in full for the session.
  • Payments for services are due at the time of service.
  • There is a $30 travel fee for out-calls within a 5 mi radius of Three Hands Therapy. Please contact us directly if you are interested in an out-call outside of this radius. 
  • Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs.
  • The discussion between the onsite massage therapist and the client is confidential.
  • If therapist or client is ill, the session will be rescheduled in order to prevent spread of illness
